Favorite Faces

This is a hodge-podge of family photographs that I adore. Many of my favorites are the really old pictures (digitally scanned) of parents and grandparents. If you have shoeboxes of old film photographs, do yourself a favor - SCAN THEM NOW and preserve them in the right environment. They are priceless.

  • One of my favorite photographs of my grandmother and her five boys (my dad, top center, and uncles). I have no idea who decided to write the names of everyone in ink on the printed photo, but it makes me smile too.

  • Robert sitting on the truck talking to my hubby, Mike at the WWR. I include Robert in the family section, because he is a "friend-like-family" kind of person. We are lucky to have many of them in our lives!

  • "Nana" and me. She was 94 years young. This was my last photograph with her - just 3 weeks before she left us. I'm eternally grateful for this wonderful afternoon together. This is, without question, one of my most TREASURED photographs. Reminder: never pass up the opportunity to spend time with your grandparents. (PS: take pictures).
