Favorite Faces

This is a hodge-podge of family photographs that I adore. Many of my favorites are the really old pictures (digitally scanned) of parents and grandparents. If you have shoeboxes of old film photographs, do yourself a favor - SCAN THEM NOW and preserve them in the right environment. They are priceless.

One of my favorite photographs of my grandmother and her five boys (my dad, top center, and uncles). I have no idea who decided to write the names of everyone in ink on the printed photo, but it makes me smile too.

"Nana" and me. She was 94 years young. This was my last photograph with her - just 3 weeks before she left us. I'm eternally grateful for this wonderful afternoon together. This is, without question, one of my most TREASURED photographs. Reminder: never pass up the opportunity to spend time with your grandparents. (PS: take pictures).
